Step 1 of 5

Manage This PuppyReports Card

PuppyReports™ is an independent, community-supported, dog-first public information network.

A PuppyReports Card is not a membership, puppy advertisement, breeder referral, endorsement, certification, or representation that the program participates in PuppyReports.

Choose the option that applies:

Review & Claim My Card FreeReview the Card, confirm your relationship to the program, and contribute information and documentation. No paid membership is required to claim the Card. Correct Information or RespondReport an identity error or factual inaccuracy, submit a response, dispute eligible content, or provide supporting documentation. Membership is not required. You will first claim your free Card so we can verify your identity and relationship to the program.
Step 2 of 5

Before You Request a Platform Opt-Out

PuppyReports Cards may organize publicly available information, public records, source-linked information, Family Experiences, Concern Flags, community submissions, and documentation provided by the program itself.

A program may have a PuppyReports Card whether or not it is a PuppyReports member or has claimed the Card.

PuppyReports does not ordinarily remove an accurate public information network record solely because the program did not consent to inclusion, disagrees with the public information network model, or prefers not to appear. Every verified request is reviewed under applicable law, neutral publishing standards, and the dog-first public interest.

What a Platform Opt-Out means

If approved, a Platform Opt-Out may remove the current PuppyReports Card from standard public search. It does not:

  • delete information from its original public sources;
  • establish that prior publication was inaccurate or unlawful;
  • automatically remove lawful third-party content;
  • prevent new public records, Family Experiences, Concern Flags, welfare information, safety information, or other qualifying information from being independently reviewed; or
  • guarantee permanent exclusion from future publication.

Platform-wide effect

A Platform Opt-Out applies to the program and its verified owners, operators, and authorized representatives. While the Platform Opt-Out remains active, they may not use PuppyReports accounts or participation tools to:

  • publish Family Experiences or Concern Flags concerning other programs;
  • post or interact through Howls;
  • list or advertise puppies, dogs, or litters;
  • claim or manage a PuppyReports Card;
  • use PuppyReports memberships, breeder tools, genetics tools, or the Breeding Command Center; or
  • use another account to circumvent the Platform Opt-Out.

Correction, response, legal, privacy, fraud, impersonation, urgent animal-welfare, and public-safety reporting pathways remain available and may require manual review.

Your Platform Opt-Out Request Has Been Received

Your request will be manually reviewed to verify authority, protect lawful public and community information, and apply PuppyReports’ policies consistently.

Eligible unclaimed Cards without published community, safety, welfare, legal, or other public-interest information may be temporarily removed from standard search while review is pending.

Most voluntary Platform Opt-Out requests receive an initial decision within three to five business days. Requests governed by applicable privacy law are processed separately within the timelines required by that law.

You will receive a nonmarketing email concerning the outcome of your request.

Secondary actions: Withdraw My Platform Opt-Out Request · Review & Claim My Card Free

Request to Return to PuppyReports — A program may request to end its Platform Opt-Out at any time. PuppyReports will verify the requester’s authority, review information received while the Platform Opt-Out was active, confirm the correct program identity, and restore or rebuild the PuppyReports Card under the standards then in effect. There is no fee to request restoration or claim the restored Card. Reinstatement requires human review and is not automatic.
