Information you voluntarily submit such as breed, age, general health and care details, litter details, and microchip numbers (where applicable).

Puppy Mill Watch™ Flag Indicator Reports Submissions
Information voluntarily submitted through structured forms related to dogs-first transparency notices, including supporting materials provided by the submitting party.

Family Experiences™ Submissions
Post-placement family-submitted experiences and related details provided voluntarily through platform tools (when available).

Technical Data
IP address, browser type, device information, and site usage data collected through cookies or similar technologies.

2) How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • operate and maintain the Services and public directory

  • display Entity profiles, participation indicators, and platform tools

  • support voluntary documentation submission workflows and time-stamped submission metadata

  • provide Canine Traceback™ microchip lookup and breeder-of-origin participation tools

  • communicate with users about memberships, updates, and service notices

  • maintain platform integrity, prevent misuse, and enforce our Terms & Conditions

  • comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

3) Documentation Handling, Retention, and Privacy

PuppyReports™ is built around voluntary participation and self-submitted documentation.

Supporting Documentation Files
Supporting documentation files submitted through the platform may be deleted within 30 days of submission.

Metadata Retention
We retain limited metadata confirming that a submission occurred (such as submission type and submission date) for auditability and platform integrity.

Public Display of Sensitive Records
By default, health and registration-related records may remain private due to security and fraud prevention concerns. Entities may choose to display certain records publicly at their discretion.

Families are encouraged to request copies directly from Entities and confirm information through appropriate professionals or organizations.

4) Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

Public Directory and Platform Display
We may display Entity names, locations, breeds, websites/social links, participation levels, and related public-facing transparency indicators.

Canine Traceback™ Microchip Lookups
Microchip lookup tools may display limited results based on breeder-of-origin voluntary enrollment and platform participation.

Legal Compliance
We may share information where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

Service Providers
We may share limited information with trusted vendors that perform services on our behalf (such as payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, and security services). These vendors are permitted to use information only to provide services to us.

5) Membership and Cancellation

Memberships may auto-renew unless canceled.

Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access remains active through the end of the paid period.

Fees already paid are non-refundable once processed.

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve website performance, enhance user experience, and understand site usage trends.
