Terms & Conditions

The PuppyReports™ service, including the website and related tools, is offered by Ethical Dogs International LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (the “Company”).

PuppyReports™ helps families, breeders, rescues, shelters, rehomers, and other canine related participants review structured transparency information in one place.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Ethical Dogs International LLC.

For purposes of these Terms:

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit information, use member features, submit applications, submit listings, submit Family Experience Reviews, submit Concern Flags, or use Document Tools.

You agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge, keep your account credentials secure, use the Services only for lawful purposes, respect the rights and privacy of others, and follow these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Disclaimers, Community Standards, and applicable PuppyReports™ rules.

You may not use PuppyReports™ to harass, threaten, mislead, impersonate, defraud, dox, manipulate reviews, attack competitors, submit false information, interfere with the Services, or violate any law.

PuppyReports™ may update, modify, restrict, suspend, or remove any part of the Services at any time.

PuppyReports™ is not a broker, seller, adoption agency, escrow agent, payment processor for animal placements, agent, fiduciary, intermediary, transporter, or party to any dog sale, adoption, rehoming, breeding arrangement, reservation, contract, deposit, transport, or placement.

PuppyReports™ does not sell dogs, collect puppy deposits, collect placement fees, take commissions from dog placements, hold funds in escrow, arrange transportation, guarantee availability, guarantee placement outcomes, match families with dogs as a broker, or act as a party to any agreement between Users.

Families, breeders, rescues, shelters, rehomers, and other parties communicate, decide, contract, and transact directly with one another outside PuppyReports™.

PuppyReports™ displays information that may be submitted by Users, Members, Entities, families, community submitters, third parties, public sources, or other available sources.

PuppyReports™ does not guarantee that submitted information is accurate, complete, current, lawful, non-misleading, or suitable for any particular decision.

Users are responsible for the information they submit.

PuppyReports™ does not adopt user submissions, Family Experience Reviews, flag submissions, public information materials, or third party statements as its own statements of fact.

PuppyReports™ may organize, categorize, format, label, restrict, remove, or decline submitted information according to PuppyReports™ policy.

Certain features are available only through paid membership or paid service access.

Memberships may be billed monthly, annually, or according to the billing terms shown at checkout. Memberships may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

Members may cancel through their account or through the cancellation method provided at checkout.

Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period. Membership access may remain active until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, cancellation after a billing cycle has processed does not create a right to a partial refund.

Starting a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically cancel a membership.

If a payment dispute, chargeback, failed payment, suspected fraud issue, or billing irregularity occurs, PuppyReports™ may restrict or suspend access to paid features while the matter is reviewed.

Canceling membership does not automatically remove public information network records, public profile information, Family Experience Reviews, Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ Concern Flags, public information submission categories, or other content retained under PuppyReports™ policy.

Pricing, features, tiers, and membership benefits may change.

PuppyReports™ is built on voluntary participation, member submitted information, and documentation status transparency.

By default, private documentation files are not automatically published publicly.

Certain records, statuses, summaries, document categories, or public display selections may appear publicly depending on membership tools, display settings, public information categories, and PuppyReports™ policy.

Supporting files submitted for review, processing, dispute handling, response documentation, or data integrity may be deleted after the applicable retention period unless continued retention is needed for operational, legal, safety, payment, dispute, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or data integrity reasons.

PuppyReports™ may retain limited metadata, including submission type, submission date, category, status, associated Entity, related listing, processing status, source type, and internal administrative notes.

Metadata retention helps PuppyReports™ support data integrity, prevent duplicate abuse, maintain submission history, process disputes, and apply PuppyReports™ policy.

PuppyReports™ Cards, directory listings, and public profiles are informational transparency tools.

They are not endorsements, certifications, guarantees, approvals, inspections, legal findings, veterinary opinions, or warranties.

A PuppyReports™ Card may display profile details, membership or participation status, document status indicators, dog, puppy, or litter information, Family Experience Review information, Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ Concern Flags, public information submission categories, response or correction status, and other transparency categories supported by PuppyReports™.

Card content may vary depending on submitted information, membership tools, available PuppyReports™ records, public information submission categories, Family Experience Reviews, Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ Concern Flags, and PuppyReports™ display policies.

An Entity does not have to be a paying member for a profile, listing, public information category, or Concern Flag to appear.

Membership allows eligible Entities to submit additional information, manage certain profile tools, and provide additional context according to PuppyReports™ policy.

PuppyReports™ may remove, restrict, edit, decline, label, archive, or withhold any content, listing, Card feature, or submission that violates these Terms, violates PuppyReports™ policy, creates legal risk, compromises data integrity, or is otherwise inappropriate for the Services.

Family Experience Reviews are eligible experience based submissions connected to a PuppyReports™ application, placement, pickup, adoption, purchase, or other approved PuppyReports™ process.

Family Experience Reviews are separate from Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ Concern Flags.

Family Experience Reviews are not legal findings, ratings, grades, rankings, accusations, certifications, or determinations of wrongdoing.

A Family Experience Review reflects the submitter’s reported experience. PuppyReports™ does not legally confirm every statement in a Family Experience Review.

PuppyReports™ does not allow open, anonymous public Family Experience Review posting.

PuppyReports™ may use eligibility rules, email confirmation, application linked access, duplicate screening, policy review, or other integrity measures to reduce spam, impersonation, unrelated reviews, fake reviews, duplicate reviews, and review manipulation.

Prohibited review conduct. Users may not:

• submit false Family Experience Reviews;
• submit reviews for experiences they did not have;
• impersonate someone else;
• submit reviews on behalf of undisclosed insiders;
• pay for positive or negative reviews;
• offer compensation in exchange for a review expressing a required sentiment;
• pressure others to submit misleading reviews;
• or manipulate review display.

Family Experience Reviews are displayed according to PuppyReports™ policy.

A Family Experience Review is not removed simply because it is negative, unfavorable, critical, or inconvenient.

PuppyReports™ may review, format for display, redact private information, restrict, withhold, or remove a Family Experience Review if it appears to be fraudulent, duplicate, abusive, unlawful, unrelated to an eligible experience, submitted under false identity, privacy invasive, threatening, defamatory, spammy, or otherwise outside PuppyReports™ rules.

PuppyReports™ does not alter the substance or sentiment of a Family Experience Review to make it more favorable or less favorable.

The named Entity may be allowed to respond to a Family Experience Review according to PuppyReports™ policy.

PuppyReports™ may decline, format, restrict, or remove responses that violate PuppyReports™ rules, reveal private information, attack the reviewer, include threats, include unlawful content, or otherwise create service risk.

Reviewer contact information is not publicly displayed.

Families may contact a named Entity through PuppyReports™ application or inquiry tools.

PuppyReports™ may use mediated forms to reduce spam, protect member contact information, preserve submission records, and route inquiries through PuppyReports™ research tools.

When a family submits an inquiry or application, PuppyReports™ may collect and share the information needed for the named Entity to respond, such as the family’s name, email address, phone number, location, and optional information submitted through the form.

PuppyReports™ does not publish application content publicly.

Family contact information is shared only as needed for the inquiry, application, placement discussion, PuppyReports™ operation, safety review, legal compliance, or other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

PuppyReports™ does not sell family application contact information.

Submitting an application or inquiry does not guarantee a response, placement, adoption, sale, reservation, availability, or approval.

PuppyReports™ does not adjudicate disagreements between a family and an Entity after contact is established.

Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ is the PuppyReports™ system for organizing certain flags, user opinions, user experiences, community submissions, submitted materials, Family Experience Reviews, Public Information sources, source classes, response labels, correction labels, and policy-status labels related to dog-related entities, listings, programs, or transactions.

A Concern Flag is a flag submitted by a user or linked to a Public Information source. It is displayed for informational purposes only.

Concern Flags may come from user opinions, user experiences, community submissions, submitted materials, Family Experience Reviews, Public Information sources, agency sources, court or legal sources, media sources, watchdog sources, public websites, public listings, or other sources reviewed under PuppyReports™ policy.

Concern Flags are not written by PuppyReports™ unless expressly stated. Concern Flags are not PuppyReports™ findings, ratings, scores, legal conclusions, certifications, background checks, screening results, consumer reports, inspections, government determinations, court findings, licensing decisions, criminal findings, regulatory findings, or PuppyReports™ opinions.

A Concern Flag does not mean PuppyReports™ has determined that any person, breeder, rescue, shelter, seller, program, organization, or listing is a puppy mill, violated the law, mistreated animals, acted unethically, breached a contract, committed fraud, or did anything wrong.

PuppyReports™ does not decide whether every underlying user opinion, user experience, submitted material, Public Information source, statement, or linked source is true or false.

PuppyReports™ may organize, categorize, format, label, display, restrict, archive, remove, relabel, or decline to display Concern Flags according to PuppyReports™ policy, applicable law, source type, entity association, submitted materials, privacy risk, legal-status risk, jurisdiction, duplicate activity, prohibited content, and publication criteria.

PuppyReports™ may label Concern Flags and related records by source class so users can understand the type of information being displayed. Source classes may include:

Source-class labels are informational labels. They are not PuppyReports™ findings, endorsements, ratings, scores, legal conclusions, or determinations of wrongdoing.

PuppyReports™ may link to original Public Information sources when available and appropriate. Third-party sources remain hosted, authored, maintained, and controlled by their original publishers unless expressly stated otherwise. PuppyReports™ does not adopt, endorse, certify, guarantee, or decide the truth, completeness, current status, or legal meaning of third-party sources.

Concern Flags may carry neutral status labels selected under PuppyReports™ policy. Status labels are informational. They are not legal findings, regulatory conclusions, criminal findings, court decisions, ratings, scores, or determinations of guilt, innocence, liability, fault, misconduct, or wrongdoing.

Misuse of Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ is prohibited. Prohibited misuse includes fabricated submissions, competitor attacks, harassment, doxxing, duplicate submissions, coordinated misuse, false identity, retaliation, abusive content, private third-party information, threats, or attempts to manipulate Concern Flags.

Violations may result in submission rejection, restriction, removal, archiving, account action, technical abuse-prevention measures, legal action, or other remedies available under law.

Entity Access to Concern Flag Details

To protect privacy, account integrity, and profile integrity, full submitted materials associated with a Concern Flag may be made available to the named entity or authorized representative only after the claimant completes the applicable profile-association confirmation process and accepts the applicable response-access acknowledgments.

When a Concern Flag is submitted about a profile, PuppyReports™ may send notice to the contact associated with that profile when contact information is available.

The notice may identify that a Concern Flag concerns the profile, explain that the matter is time sensitive, and provide instructions for accessing details and response options. PuppyReports™ may withhold certain details, submitted materials, or reporter identity information until the claimant completes the association-confirmation process and accepts the applicable response-access acknowledgments.

Association confirmation is free and does not require paid membership. Association confirmation may include matching or submitting information such as name, kennel name, business name, program name, email address, phone number, city, state, country, address, website, social profile, license or registration number, or other information reasonably related to the profile.

PuppyReports™ does not require a paid membership to view eligible Concern Flag details through the basic response-access pathway.

After association confirmation and applicable clickwrap assent, PuppyReports™ may display eligible details, submitted materials, response options, correction options, profile mismatch options, source-update options, and restriction-review options according to PuppyReports™ policy.

The publication eligibility period generally runs from delivery of the notice email, not from the date the named entity completes association confirmation. If the named entity does not confirm association or respond within the applicable response period, PuppyReports™ may display the eligible Concern Flag after that period under its display policy, while preserving any later opportunity to respond.

PuppyReports™ maintains audit records that may include notice delivery, access activity, association-confirmation activity, response activity, status changes, policy basis, reason codes, and related identifiers.

PuppyReports™ provides a support path at [email protected] for any named entity who is legitimately unable to complete the self-service association-confirmation process online.

An entity named in a Concern Flag, Family Experience Review, Public Information Source, profile, listing, or related PuppyReports™ record may have an opportunity to submit a response, correction request, profile mismatch request, source update, restriction request, legal-status review request, or response materials according to PuppyReports™ policy.

PuppyReports™ does not require paid membership to submit a basic response, correction request, profile mismatch request, source update, restriction request, legal-status review request, or response statement.

Paid membership may provide dashboard convenience, document organization, profile-management tools, storage, saved materials, status tracking, account support, member-managed profile context, and other membership features.

Paid membership does not change Concern Flag or Review publication criteria, correction standards, restriction standards, removal standards, source-class labels, response labels, public display decisions, moderation treatment, or outcomes.

Paid membership does not buy Concern Flag removal, Review removal, Public Information Source removal, favorable display, suppression, relabeling, search changes, special moderation outcomes, or different review standards.

If a Concern Flag, Public Information Source, listing, Family Experience Review, or profile appears to be associated with the wrong entity, a profile mismatch request may be submitted. Examples may include similar names, wrong location, prior ownership, clerical error, mistaken identity, outdated information, or mismatched records.

PuppyReports™ may review the request and may reassign, update, restrict, archive, remove, relabel, or leave the information in place according to PuppyReports™ policy.

PuppyReports™ does not guarantee public back-and-forth between a submitter and a named entity.

PuppyReports™ may display a neutral status label, response-on-file status, correction status, source-update status, association-disputed status, legal-status-review status, or other structured indicator instead of publishing detailed private materials or open narrative rebuttals.

PuppyReports™ may decline to publish commentary, files, allegations, rebuttals, response materials, or other materials that reveal private information, create safety risk, violate law, violate PuppyReports™ policy, include threats, include harassment, include unsupported accusations, or are unsuitable for public display.

The response period for a Concern Flag is generally fourteen (14) calendar days and generally runs from delivery of the notice email, unless PuppyReports™ policy, applicable law, jurisdiction, source type, legal-status concerns, or risk review requires a different process.

If no response is received within the response period, PuppyReports™ may display the eligible Concern Flag under its display policy while preserving any later opportunity to respond.

A late response does not automatically remove, suppress, restrict, relabel, or archive a Concern Flag, Family Experience Review, Public Information Source, or related record. PuppyReports™ may update public display to show an appropriate response, correction, source-update, association-disputed, or review-status label according to PuppyReports™ policy.

PuppyReports™ handles reporter and submitter information according to the Privacy Policy, these Terms, platform policy, and applicable law.

Reporter and submitter contact details are not publicly displayed on PuppyReports™ Cards, Concern Flags, Family Experience Reviews, Public Information Source records, or public profiles.

PuppyReports™ does not publicly display reporter or submitter email addresses, telephone numbers, home addresses, IP addresses, device identifiers, or similar private contact details.

For Concern Flags and Public Information Source submissions, PuppyReports™ generally displays source class, relationship category, structured relationship label, or other neutral process labels rather than public reporter identity.

For Family Experience Reviews, PuppyReports™ may display limited non-contact information according to the Review Policy and applicable user settings, such as first name, display name, general location, relationship category, or structured experience label, where appropriate and permitted by policy.

PuppyReports™ may privately share reporter name, contact information, relationship category, report, submitted materials, and related submission information with the named entity, authorized representative, legal process recipient, or appropriate party when needed for review, response, safety, legal compliance, dispute handling, abuse prevention, or other purposes described in the Privacy Policy and submission acknowledgments.

PuppyReports™ may collect technical and submission-related information to support account integrity, abuse prevention, rate limits, duplicate detection, policy review, legal compliance, source history, audit logs, and data integrity.

PuppyReports™ may disclose information if required by subpoena, court order, valid legal process, law, safety need, fraud investigation, abuse-prevention need, or other circumstances described in the Privacy Policy.

PuppyReports™ treats community submissions, user opinions, user experiences, Family Experience Reviews, submitted materials, and Public Information Sources as different types of information.

Community submissions may reflect a submitter’s reported information, opinion, experience, perspective, submitted materials, or relationship category. They are not court decisions, government actions, PuppyReports™ findings, PuppyReports™ ratings, PuppyReports™ scores, PuppyReports™ legal conclusions, PuppyReports™ certifications, or PuppyReports™ opinions.

Public Information Sources may be associated with records or materials from public agencies, courts, licensing bodies, regulatory sources, public filings, media sources, watchdog sources, public websites, public marketplace pages, public social pages, or other publicly available sources.

PuppyReports™ may organize, cite, link, label, categorize, display, restrict, archive, remove, or decline to display Public Information Sources under PuppyReports™ policy.

Users should review original source records whenever possible. A source link, source class, short label, source date, or source summary is provided for informational purposes only and does not mean PuppyReports™ adopts, endorses, confirms, or decides the truth, completeness, current status, or legal meaning of the source.

A broken, moved, unavailable, incomplete, outdated, corrected, disputed, mismatched, or legally restricted source may lead PuppyReports™ to update, restrict, relabel, archive, remove, or retire the related flag or indicator according to PuppyReports™ policy.

Any named entity, profile claimant, user, submitter, or affected person may submit a removal, correction, restriction, profile mismatch, source update, legal-status review, privacy review, or jurisdiction review request for a Concern Flag or related PuppyReports™ record.

Submitting a request does not automatically remove, suppress, relabel, restrict, archive, or change the flag or related record.

PuppyReports™ does not remove a Concern Flag, Family Experience Review, Public Information Source, or related record simply because the named entity disagrees with it, dislikes it, considers it unfavorable, believes it is unfair, or disputes the underlying user opinion, user experience, submission, or source.

PuppyReports™ may review requests for policy and display issues, including:

• wrong entity or profile mismatch
• outdated entity association
• source mismatch
• broken, moved, unavailable, incomplete, outdated, corrected, or legally restricted source
• duplicate submission or duplicate source
• prohibited private information
• safety or doxxing concern
• legal-status concern
• pending litigation concern
• jurisdiction restriction
• category or source-class mismatch
• failure to meet publication criteria
• abusive, retaliatory, coordinated, or competitor-motivated submission
• impersonation or false-identity issue
• threatening, harassing, unlawful, or prohibited content
• account-integrity or platform-misuse issue
• legal requirement

PuppyReports™ may, in its discretion and according to PuppyReports™ policy, leave the item in place, remove it, restrict it, archive it, relabel it, update it, reassign it to the correct profile, add or update a status label, request additional information, limit display in a specific jurisdiction, or take other appropriate action.

PuppyReports™ generally does not resolve unadjudicated defamation disputes as a court would. PuppyReports™ reviews requests under platform policy, source class, publication criteria, legal-status review, privacy review, jurisdiction review, and applicable law.

Where a third-party source remains hosted by its original publisher, PuppyReports™ does not control that third-party content. A request to PuppyReports™ does not remove or change content hosted by the original publisher.

PuppyReports™ may use internal integrity tools and confidential safety signals to support moderation, abuse prevention, fraud detection, duplicate detection, safety review, account review, submission routing, and service protection.

Confidential Safety Signals are not public Family Experience Reviews and are not public Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ Concern Flags.

They are not public ratings, scores, legal findings, or proof of wrongdoing.

Users may not publish, share, reverse engineer, extract, distribute, or misuse confidential service data, restricted access information, or internal system details.

Canine Traceback is a microchip related record linking and breeder of origin notification concept based on available submitted or linked information.

Canine Traceback is not an ownership tool, government registry, legal ownership record, official microchip registry, or guarantee of breeder origin.

Results may depend on voluntary participation, submitted information, linked records, microchip data availability, and source accuracy.

Users should confirm microchip information directly with the microchip registry, veterinarian, breeder, rescue, shelter, or other appropriate source.

Users and Entities submitting listings must provide truthful and accurate information to the best of their knowledge.

PuppyReports™ does not guarantee the health, temperament, training, behavior, suitability, availability, legality, or outcome of any listed dog, puppy, service, program, or provider.

Third party service listings, including trainers, transporters, veterinary reproduction services, groomers, photographers, boarding providers, or other providers, are informational only.

PuppyReports™ does not endorse, certify, inspect, or guarantee third party providers.

Listings may be removed, restricted, edited, rejected, labeled, or archived if they are misleading, harmful, unlawful, abusive, incomplete, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms or PuppyReports™ policy.

You agree not to do any of the following:

• submit false, misleading, fabricated, or deceptive information;
• submit fake Family Experience Reviews or submit reviews for experiences you did not have;
• manipulate Family Experience Reviews or Concern Flags;
• buy, sell, pressure, or trade for positive or negative reviews;
• suppress, intimidate, threaten, or retaliate against someone for a lawful review or submission;
• impersonate another person or Entity;
• harass, threaten, dox, stalk, abuse, or defame others;
• use PuppyReports™ to attack competitors or coordinate pile-ons;
• submit duplicate reports through multiple identities;
• upload unlawful, infringing, private, sexually explicit, exploitative, or prohibited content;
• scrape, harvest, copy, automate, or extract directory data without permission;
• hack, probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Services;
• bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or account restrictions;
• publish or distribute confidential service data or restricted access information;
• or use the Services for unlawful purposes.

Violations may result in submission rejection, content removal, account suspension, account termination, access restriction, legal action, or other remedies available under law.

PuppyReports™ may use AI assisted tools, automated tools, and manual processes to help organize submissions, identify missing fields, detect blank or irrelevant uploads, support categorization, flag possible abuse, identify duplicate patterns, improve service workflows, and support data integrity.

These tools support operations and organization.

They do not create legal findings, certifications, guarantees, veterinary opinions, independent confirmation of truth, or proof of wrongdoing.

AI assisted summaries, categorizations, labels, or suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and may be updated, restricted, or corrected.

PuppyReports™ is also built and maintained using a combination of tools, including internet and public-informations research, third-party sources, automated systems, AI assisted tools, and human review, any of which can produce errors, omissions, or outdated material; the Service, its tools, and its presentation are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Images and representations. Images, illustrations, mockups, sample PuppyReports™ Cards, screenshots, icons, badges, and other graphics are provided for illustrative purposes only, may be fictitious or AI-generated, and may not reflect the current product or any specific breeder, rescue, dog, or family. Product features, designs, names, pricing, illustrations, and representations may be added, changed, modified, updated, redesigned, or removed at any time, and actual product appearance and results are subject to change without notice. If you spot an error, please tell us; reviewing a report does not obligate any particular change, outcome, or timeframe. See the Disclaimers page (Sections 11 and 11A) for detail.

Separate from the internal operational tools described in Section 20, PuppyReports™ may use AI assisted analysis to review publicly available information and look for patterns across the profiles, listings, and public materials shown on the Services. This is a public facing informational signal scan, not a background check, investigation, certification, or judgment about any person or Entity.

This analysis may look at publicly available information and patterns across profiles, listings, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, domains, social media handles, photos, videos and other media, contact details, and public records, and may compare them across the Services to surface signals that a family may want to look at more closely.

For example, the analysis may notice when the same phone number, the same photos or videos, the same website, or the same contact details appear across several differently named profiles or listings. A pattern like that is a signal worth a closer look. It is only information, and it can have an innocent explanation.

These signals are informational only. The AI analysis detects patterns and surfaces signals. It does not make a verdict, an accusation, or a determination of fraud, guilt, or wrongdoing. A signal is not a finding, a rating, a score, a certification, a background check, a consumer report, or proof that anyone has done anything wrong.

AI can make mistakes. Automated analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or wrong. It may miss real problems and it may surface patterns that turn out to be harmless. Results are not legal findings and are not a substitute for your own judgment.

Consistent with Section 26, PuppyReports™ is an aggregator of information, not an arbiter of truth. PuppyReports™ organizes and surfaces information and signals; it does not decide who is trustworthy or resolve whether any concern is true.

You must do your own independent due diligence. Before making any decision, entering any agreement, or sending any money, families and Users must independently research the other party, request and review original records, confirm identity and details directly, consult a veterinarian or attorney where appropriate, and decide based on their own circumstances and risk tolerance. Dogs are living beings. Outcomes vary.

Families and Users must conduct their own due diligence, request original records, consult veterinarians or attorneys where appropriate, and make decisions based on their own circumstances and risk tolerance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuppyReports™, Ethical Dogs International LLC, and their officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for damages, disputes, losses, injuries, claims, costs, or outcomes arising from:

• listings, submissions, reviews, reports, or actions of third parties;
• off PuppyReports™ communications;
• outside PuppyReports™ transactions, contracts, payments, deposits, or placements;
• transport, delivery, adoption, sale, breeding, or rehoming arrangements;
• reliance on informational content;
• unavailable, incomplete, delayed, disputed, outdated, or inaccurate information;
• user decisions based on PuppyReports™ content;
• or third party services or linked sources.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of PuppyReports™, Ethical Dogs International LLC, and their officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, is limited to the greater of:

1. the total fees you paid directly to PuppyReports™ in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim; or
2. USD $100.

For Users who paid no fees to PuppyReports™, the cap is USD $100.

This cap applies in the aggregate to all claims together, not per claim.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuppyReports™ and Ethical Dogs International LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, or cost of substitute services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PuppyReports™, Ethical Dogs International LLC, and their officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from and against third party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

• your submissions, listings, Family Experience Reviews, flag submissions, applications, reports, documents, or other content;
• your use or misuse of the Services;
• your outside PuppyReports™ transactions, communications, contracts, deposits, placements, adoptions, sales, or disputes;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable law;
• or your violation of the rights of another person or Entity.

PuppyReports™ is a private service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuppyReports™ may refuse, decline, suspend, restrict, terminate, remove, label, archive, or limit any User account, Entity profile, listing, ad, submission, Family Experience Review, Concern Flag, application, partner request, document tool access, or other content at any time.

Reasons may include violation of these Terms, violation of Community Standards, suspected fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, doxxing, abusive conduct, review manipulation, Concern Flag manipulation, false submissions, repeated complaints, failure to respond to reasonable documentation requests, legal or regulatory concerns, safety concerns, payment issues, protection of dogs, Users, Entities, or data integrity, or other reasons PuppyReports™ determines are appropriate under PuppyReports™ policy.

Suspension, termination, refusal, or removal does not automatically entitle the affected User or Entity to a refund, damages, restored access, restored visibility, or any other remedy, except where required by law.

Sections concerning disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, governing law, dispute resolution, privacy, document tools, and service protections survive termination.

PuppyReports™ may send emails, dashboard notices, automated notices, text messages, or other electronic communications related to account activity, membership, billing, Family Experience Reviews, Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ Concern Flags, applications, documentation, listings, support, or PuppyReports™ operations.

PuppyReports™ does not guarantee delivery, receipt, or timely access to electronic notices.

Notices may be delayed, filtered, sent to spam, blocked, rejected, or returned as undeliverable for reasons outside PuppyReports™ control.

Users and Entities are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and monitoring email, spam folders, dashboard notices, and account communications.

Failure to receive a notice does not create liability for PuppyReports™ and does not necessarily invalidate service action.

PuppyReports™ is an online service that organizes user submitted information, member submitted information, community submissions, Family Experience Reviews, public information submission categories, and links or references to third party information.

PuppyReports™ aggregates and organizes information. PuppyReports™ does not adjudicate.

To the extent applicable, PuppyReports™ operates as an interactive computer service under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, 47 U.S.C. § 230.

PuppyReports™ is not the publisher or speaker of information provided by Users, Members, community submitters, reviewers, public sources, or third party sources.

PuppyReports™ may remove, restrict, label, archive, decline, or update content that appears abusive, fraudulent, false identity, harassing, privacy invasive, unlawful, noncompliant, or otherwise unsuitable under PuppyReports™ policy.

Good faith moderation does not make PuppyReports™ the author of submitted or third party content.

Where PuppyReports™ links to or references government records, court records, public filings, regulatory records, inspection materials, journalism, watchdog publications, or other public sources, those records remain hosted or controlled by their original publishers unless otherwise stated.

PuppyReports™ does not adopt, endorse, certify, or guarantee the contents of linked third party records.

Information related to animal welfare, canine ethics, consumer protection, public information enforcement, and responsible dog ownership may involve matters of public concern.

PuppyReports™ reserves all rights, defenses, privileges, and protections available under federal and state law, including applicable anti SLAPP protections.

Use of PuppyReports™ does not create a brokerage, advisory, fiduciary, agency, certification, accreditation, recommendation, guarantee, inspection, or matching relationship between PuppyReports™ and any User, Entity, family, breeder, rescue, shelter, rehomer, or program.

Not a consumer reporting agency. PuppyReports™ is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. (“FCRA”), and the information made available through PuppyReports™, including any profile, PuppyReports™ Card, report, summary, Family Experience Review, Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ Concern Flag, public information submission category, or other content, does not constitute a “consumer report” or “investigative consumer report” under the FCRA. You may not use PuppyReports™ or any information obtained through it, in whole or in part, as a factor in establishing any individual’s eligibility for employment, credit or insurance, housing or tenancy, or any other purpose governed by the FCRA or any comparable state or local law. PuppyReports™ is a general informational and transparency resource intended only to help families research dog breeders, rescues, and shelters, and it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information.

If your name, kennel, rescue, shelter, business, or program appears on PuppyReports™ in a way you believe is incorrect, outdated, misidentified, or incomplete, you may submit a correction request through the support or correction pathway provided by PuppyReports™.

PuppyReports™ does not require payment to submit a basic factual correction, identity mismatch request, or response acknowledgement.

Membership is a separate voluntary participation pathway.

Membership may allow eligible Entities to publish additional context, document status information, profile details, Family Experience Review context, response information, or structured transparency content.

Membership does not guarantee removal of public information categories, source cited records, Family Experience Reviews, Concern Flags, or third party content.

Public interest listings. PuppyReports™ is a dog transparency and public interest informational service. Listings, PuppyReports™ Cards, concern categories, Family Experience Reviews, Canine Traceback™ records, and related dog world information may be created from user submissions, public facing breeder or rescue activity, public records, member participation, marketplace activity, and other dog related information. PuppyReports™ does not remove accurate dog related public interest records solely because a breeder, rescue, shelter, business, organization, or individual did not create the listing or does not wish to be listed.

Account privacy controls. Users with PuppyReports™ accounts may manage available privacy controls, including how certain profile information is displayed. These controls may limit or suppress user provided account details, but they do not guarantee removal of separate public interest records, user submitted concern categories, Family Experience Reviews, PuppyReports™ Cards, Canine Traceback™ records, or other dog related transparency information.

Accuracy, Privacy & Safety Review. PuppyReports™ provides an Accuracy, Privacy & Safety Review process to request correction of inaccurate information, review of private personal information, review of safety concerns, duplicate or mistaken listing review, closure or status updates, or review of legally required removal requests. Contact [email protected] with information reasonably sufficient to identify you and the profile at issue.

No guaranteed removal. Submitting a request does not guarantee removal. PuppyReports™ does not guarantee removal of accurate dog related public interest information solely because a listed party does not wish to appear on PuppyReports™. Requests involving public display in the public information network are reviewed case by case. PuppyReports™ may limit, suppress, update, retain, or decline removal depending on accuracy, source, public availability, dog related relevance, animal welfare concerns, user submitted information, Service integrity, legal requirements, safety, and public interest transparency. PuppyReports™ may retain, limit, suppress, update, republish, or decline to remove information when it is accurate, lawfully obtained, publicly available, user submitted, dog related, necessary for Service integrity, or relevant to public interest transparency, animal welfare, fraud prevention, safety, moderation, legal compliance, dispute documentation, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Third-party submissions. Lawful third-party submissions are not removed solely because the subject dislikes or disputes them. Submissions remain subject to verification, moderation, correction, restriction, or removal when inaccurate, misidentified, unsupported, unlawful, or inconsistent with PuppyReports’ publishing standards.

Platform Opt-Out. A program granted discretionary search suppression may be designated Platform Opt-Out and lose access to account-based commercial and community contribution tools, except where prohibited by applicable law.

PuppyReports™ may retain internal metadata needed to honor the request, prevent duplicate abuse, maintain data integrity, comply with law, or process future records.

A profile or related indicator may reappear if a new independent public information submission category, Concern Flag, legal requirement, safety concern, or other PuppyReports™ policy reason applies.

PuppyReports™ does not control third party content hosted elsewhere.

Use of the Services is subject to the PuppyReports™ Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how PuppyReports™ may collect, use, retain, disclose, and protect information.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy about how personal information is handled, the Privacy Policy controls to the extent required by applicable privacy law.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Venue. Except for disputes subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Pre-dispute notice. Before filing a legal action or arbitration, you agree to send written notice describing the dispute and proposed resolution to [email protected] and allow PuppyReports™ thirty (30) days to respond.

Binding individual arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days after notice, then to the maximum extent permitted by law, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Services, or any transaction with PuppyReports™ shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, available at www.adr.org. Judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.

Arbitration location and conduct. Arbitration may be conducted by telephone, video conference, written submissions, or another format permitted by the applicable rules. If an in person hearing is required, it shall take place in Wyoming unless the arbitrator determines another location is required under applicable rules or law.

Individual claims only; class waiver. Claims must be brought only in an individual capacity. Class actions, class arbitrations, mass arbitrations, consolidated actions, private attorney general actions, and representative actions are not permitted to the maximum extent allowed by law. The arbitrator has no authority to consolidate claims or preside over a class or representative proceeding. You waive any right to a jury trial to the maximum extent permitted by law. If any part of this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a specific claim, that portion shall proceed in court while all other arbitrable claims remain in arbitration, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Carve outs from arbitration. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Either party may seek temporary or preliminary equitable relief, including injunctions to prevent intellectual property infringement, service abuse, data misuse, security threats, or ongoing irreparable harm, in a court of competent jurisdiction.

30-day arbitration opt-out. You may opt out of this binding arbitration agreement by sending written notice to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. The notice must include your full name, the email address associated with your account if any, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opt-out applies only to arbitration. The rest of these Terms remain in effect.

Severability. If any part of this dispute resolution section is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Scope. PuppyReports™ may provide member document tools, including contract templates, document uploads, template builders, e-signature tools, saved document storage, PDF generation, and related features.

These Document Tools are offered for convenience and informational use.

Not a law firm; no legal advice. PuppyReports™ is not a law firm and is not your attorney. Document Tools, templates, prompts, clause examples, checklist items, and related features are informational only. They are not legal advice.

PuppyReports™ does not provide legal opinions, legal strategy, legal recommendations, clause selection advice, rights analysis, remedies analysis, defenses, or jurisdiction specific legal guidance.

No attorney client relationship. No attorney client relationship is created by using Document Tools or communicating with PuppyReports™ about Document Tools.

You are the author and sole drafter. You are responsible for every document you create, upload, edit, send, sign, store, or use through the Document Tools. Any template, clause, option, or suggested language is only a starting point that you may accept, reject, edit, replace, or omit. You are solely responsible for deciding whether a document fits your situation, jurisdiction, transaction, placement, or legal needs.

Attorney review strongly recommended. PuppyReports™ strongly recommends that you have an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction review any contract before using it for a real placement or transaction.

Not a party; not a broker; not a guarantor. PuppyReports™ is not a party to any contract created, uploaded, sent, signed, stored, or managed through the Document Tools. PuppyReports™ is not a broker, agent, escrow, guarantor, co-signer, intermediary, fiduciary, or legal representative for any contract or placement. PuppyReports™ does not collect, hold, or distribute money exchanged between contract parties through the Document Tools unless a separate PuppyReports™ payment feature expressly says otherwise.

PuppyReports™ does not place dogs and does not warrant any dog’s health, temperament, pedigree, registration, breeding rights, suitability, or fitness for any purpose.

Required acknowledgement. Before using certain Document Tools, PuppyReports™ may require you to acknowledge that (i) PuppyReports™ is not your attorney; (ii) PuppyReports™ has not provided legal advice; (iii) no attorney client relationship exists; (iv) you are responsible for the document; (v) you are responsible for legal sufficiency and enforceability; (vi) PuppyReports™ is not a party, broker, agent, escrow, or guarantor; and (vii) PuppyReports™ strongly recommends attorney review before use. PuppyReports™ may retain acknowledgement records for legal, operational, audit, and data integrity purposes.

E-signature. If Document Tools are used to obtain electronic signatures, the parties using the tool consent to electronic signatures where permitted by applicable law, including the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq. (“E SIGN”), and applicable state electronic transaction laws including the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (“UETA”) as adopted in the relevant state. The e-signature tool is a signature mechanism only. PuppyReports™ remains not a party to the underlying contract.

Storage and retention. Saved templates, uploaded documents, and executed documents may be stored according to the Privacy Policy, applicable retention settings, and PuppyReports™ policy. Storage of a document does not mean PuppyReports™ reviewed, approved, endorsed, certified, guaranteed, or accepted responsibility for its content.

No warranty of legal sufficiency. Document Tools are provided as is and as available. PuppyReports™ does not warrant that any template, clause, document, e-signature process, or output is legally sufficient, enforceable, complete, suitable for your circumstances, compliant with any specific law, or free of conflicts.

Members may upload their own attorney prepared documents where supported.

Use of the Contract Builder is voluntary unless a specific service workflow requires a document tool for technical processing.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PuppyReports™, Ethical Dogs International LLC, and their officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from and against claims, disputes, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to documents you create, upload, send, sign, store, or use; disputes between you and any counterparty; claims that a document is invalid, unlawful, unenforceable, incomplete, misleading, or defective; or claims that PuppyReports™ provided legal advice or acted as a party, broker, agent, escrow, guarantor, intermediary, or fiduciary.

Survival. This section survives termination of your account or membership.

PuppyReports™, PuppyReports™ Cards, Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™, Canine Traceback, Ethical Dogs International, logos, designs, text, graphics, workflows, templates, icons, software, databases, page layouts, and service features are owned by Ethical Dogs International LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit PuppyReports™ content, design, software, data, or brand assets without written permission, except where allowed by law.

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license below.

By submitting content to PuppyReports™, you grant PuppyReports™ a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, format, categorize, moderate, distribute, and use the content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and provide the Services.

This license continues as needed for legal, safety, dispute, operational, archival, and data integrity purposes.

Pedigree and lineage data. Pedigree, lineage, ancestry, and registration information, including pedigree documents you upload, consists largely of factual breeding records that are also publicly available through breed registries and similar public sources. By submitting pedigree or lineage materials, you grant PuppyReports™ a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to store, parse, structure, index, aggregate, and use that information to operate and improve the Services, including to build pedigree, lineage, coefficient-of-inbreeding, pairing, and breeding-data features. PuppyReports™ may also independently collect and aggregate publicly available pedigree and registry data. This does not transfer ownership of your underlying records, and PuppyReports™ uses the information consistent with these Terms and applicable law. Attorney review of this provision is recommended before launch.

Copyright takedown notices. If you believe content on PuppyReports™ infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice to [email protected] identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. PuppyReports™ will review notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

PuppyReports™ may offer members the opportunity to make certain photos, videos, profile copy, listing copy, Entity descriptions, dog or puppy descriptions, success stories, educational content, and related submitted materials eligible for editorial rotation, showcase placement, social media, blog features, email features, service compilations, and marketing materials.

By enabling showcase eligibility, submitting content for editorial use, participating in an editorial feature, uploading materials through a tool marked for public showcase use, or otherwise granting editorial rotation consent, you grant PuppyReports™ and Ethical Dogs International LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, crop, resize, format, edit for length or layout, distribute, promote, and create derivative display materials from the submitted content in connection with PuppyReports™, Ethical Dogs International LLC, Canine Traceback, Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™, Family Experience Reviews, public information network features, listings, educational content, social media, marketing, service compilations, and related services.

This license may include use on PuppyReports™ websites, landing pages, blogs, email newsletters, social media accounts, video sites, advertising materials, educational materials, press materials, partner or affiliate placements, third party service syndication, and service compilations.

You understand that no payment, royalty, residual, approval right, or additional compensation is owed to you for PuppyReports’ permitted use of submitted content unless PuppyReports™ separately agrees in writing.

You represent and warrant that you own the submitted content or have all rights, permissions, releases, and authority necessary to grant this license, including rights related to photographs, videos, music, text, names, business names, trademarks, logos, dogs, property, and any person whose name, image, voice, or likeness appears in the content.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not include people, children, private property, copyrighted materials, music, logos, addresses, license plates, medical information, private documents, or other protected content unless you have the necessary rights and permissions.

PuppyReports™ may decline, remove, restrict, crop, resize, edit for length or layout, stop using, or refuse to distribute submitted content at any time and for any reason permitted by law.

You may discontinue future editorial rotation by turning showcase eligibility off where that tool is available or by sending a written request to [email protected].

Discontinuing future editorial rotation does not require PuppyReports™ to remove content that has already been published, distributed, syndicated, embedded, shared, cached, downloaded, screenshotted, archived, indexed, included in prior marketing materials, or otherwise circulated outside PuppyReports’ direct control.

PuppyReports™ may make reasonable efforts to stop future controlled use after a valid request is processed, but PuppyReports™ does not guarantee removal from third party sites, social media shares, search engines, screenshots, web archives, service caches, embeds, downloads, reposts, or materials already distributed.

Your sole remedy for discontinuing editorial rotation is removal from future controlled editorial rotation where reasonably practicable.

Users and members are responsible for ensuring that all photos, videos, and other media they submit comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Standards, and applicable law.

Unless PuppyReports™ expressly provides a different submission pathway, photos and videos submitted for public showcase, editorial rotation, listings, PuppyReports™ Cards, social media, marketing, or service compilations should contain only:

1. the submitting adult or authorized member representative; and
2. the subject dog, puppy, litter, or canine related setting.

Do not submit photos or videos that include unrelated adults, customers, visitors, employees, contractors, children, school groups, event attendees, bystanders, neighbors, veterinary staff, transporters, or other third parties unless you have obtained all required written permissions and releases.

Photos or videos that include minor children may be submitted only if the uploader is the child’s parent or legal guardian, has full legal authority to grant permission, and grants PuppyReports™ the editorial rotation and marketing license described in these Terms on behalf of the minor.

By submitting any photo or video containing a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor and that you have the legal authority to consent to PuppyReports’ use of the content as described in these Terms.

PuppyReports™ may reject, remove, restrict, blur, crop, hold for review, or decline to distribute any photo or video that appears to include an unidentified person, unrelated person, minor, private information, sensitive location, safety concern, rights issue, or policy concern.

PuppyReports™ may use automated tools, manual review, or other screening methods to help identify whether a photo or video may contain additional people, minors, private information, or other policy concerns.

Automated screening is not perfect and does not replace the uploader’s responsibility to submit only content they have the right to use and authorize.

PuppyReports™ does not guarantee that every person, minor, private detail, logo, license plate, address, document, or sensitive item will be detected before content appears publicly.

PuppyReports™ may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any part of the Services at any time.

PuppyReports™ may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on PuppyReports™ with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

PuppyReports™ is an informational transparency platform and service. It is not a broker, seller, law firm, veterinary authority, government agency, licensing body, certification body, inspection service, or guarantor.

Use PuppyReports™ as one source of user-submitted and source-linked information, not as your only source of information.

You are responsible for your own due diligence before buying, adopting, placing, transporting, breeding, rehoming, listing, reviewing, reporting, or relying on any information shown through the Services.

Before certain actions, PuppyReports™ may require affirmative assent by checkbox, button, or other electronic acknowledgment. This may be required before account creation, Concern Flag submission, Family Experience Review submission, Public Information Source submission, profile claim, association confirmation, membership purchase, profile-material upload, response-material upload, document-tool use, or other material actions.

By providing affirmative assent, you agree to the PuppyReports™ Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Community Standards, Profile Disclosure Notice, and any applicable Concern Flag, Review, Membership, Listing, Document Tool, or regional supplemental terms.

PuppyReports™ may use separate acknowledgment screens for different roles and workflows, including reporter/user submissions, Canine Ethics Guide accounts, Family Experience Reviews, Concern Flag submissions, Public Information Source submissions, profile claimants, named entities, member dashboards, and response-access workflows.

For reporter or submitter workflows, PuppyReports™ may require acknowledgments confirming that the submission is made in good faith, is based on direct experience, direct knowledge, submitted materials, or a Public Information source, and may be privately shared with the named entity for review and response according to PuppyReports™ policy.

For entity or profile-claim workflows, PuppyReports™ may require acknowledgments confirming that the claimant is the named individual, owner, authorized representative, or person with authority to respond for the profile, and that basic response access does not require paid membership.

PuppyReports™ may record accepted policy versions, exact checkbox text version, timestamp, user or account identifier, entity identifier, profile identifier, member identifier if any, claimant identifier, submission identifier, Concern Flag identifier, Family Experience Review identifier, Public Information Source identifier, notification identifier, response identifier, IP address, device metadata, and related audit-log records.

Affirmative assent records may be retained for legal, operational, audit, safety, account-integrity, dispute-handling, abuse-prevention, and data-integrity purposes.

A PuppyReports™ profile is the sign-in identity a user uses to access available platform features. From that profile, a user may save and follow dogs, breeders, rescues, shelters, listings, breeds, searches, and other PuppyReports™ content; contact participating members; submit permitted materials; connect through Puppy Tracker where available; or participate in membership, marketplace, rehoming, advertising, partner, or other platform features made available to that user.

A user may also apply for, claim, purchase, or manage additional participation paths from the same PuppyReports™ profile, including breeder memberships, rescue or shelter memberships, rehoming listings, partner advertising, Puppy Tracker connections, submissions, applications, inquiries, listings, or other platform tools.

Those participation paths do not make PuppyReports™ responsible for the user’s animals, business, claims, listings, communications, payments, contracts, placements, services, breeding decisions, adoption decisions, rehoming decisions, or other outcomes.

PuppyReports™ may offer free profile features, including saved items, followed profiles, inquiries, applications, submissions, user dashboard tools, notification preferences, and Puppy Tracker connections where available.

Some services, including breeder memberships, rescue or shelter memberships, paid listing options, advertising opportunities, partner marketplace visibility, enhanced dashboard tools, breeding tools, Puppy Tracker tools, and professional features, may require payment, eligibility, approval, or additional terms.

PuppyReports™ may add, remove, modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue features, dashboards, marketplace functions, advertising products, membership tiers, or platform tools as the platform evolves.

PuppyReports™ may display public listings, member listings, marketplace content, partner content, sponsored placements, advertisements, promoted profiles, and other commercial or promotional content.

Seeing a listing, advertisement, sponsored item, member profile, partner placement, rehoming listing, or marketplace opportunity does not mean PuppyReports™ certifies, approves, screens, verifies, endorses, recommends, guarantees, or makes a finding about any user, breeder, rescue, shelter, dog, litter, service, partner, advertiser, business, listing, transaction, placement, health outcome, behavior outcome, genetic outcome, or breeding decision.

Unless PuppyReports™ expressly states otherwise in a separate written agreement, advertisers, partners, members, breeders, rescues, shelters, rehomers, and other users are responsible for their own content, claims, services, listings, communications, offers, transactions, and legal compliance.

Users may submit, upload, post, send, or provide content through PuppyReports™, including profile information, photos, documents, dog information, listing content, applications, inquiries, Puppy Tracker updates, Family Experience Reviews, Concern Flags, Public Information links, response materials, partner materials, rehoming information, and other submitted materials.

Users are responsible for what they submit and for having the rights and authority to submit it. Users must not submit content that violates law, contract, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, platform policy, or another person’s rights.

PuppyReports™ may host, store, organize, display, format, review under platform policy, transmit, archive, moderate, and use submitted materials as reasonably needed to operate, protect, improve, document, and enforce the platform.

Submitted materials are not PuppyReports™ findings, ratings, scores, certifications, approvals, guarantees, legal conclusions, or opinions unless PuppyReports™ expressly states otherwise.

PuppyReports™ may provide tools for users to send inquiries, submit applications, contact participating members, respond to listings, connect through Puppy Tracker, or participate in platform-supported communications.

PuppyReports™ is not a party to user communications, contracts, deposits, sales, adoptions, rehoming arrangements, breeding decisions, service agreements, payments, transportation arrangements, veterinary decisions, training relationships, partner arrangements, or other user-to-user arrangements unless PuppyReports™ separately enters into a written agreement as a party.

Users are responsible for their communications, representations, decisions, contracts, payments, arrangements, and compliance with applicable law.

Rehoming and foster listings are user-submitted marketplace content. PuppyReports™ may provide organization and visibility tools, but users remain responsible for ownership authority, accurate disclosure, communications, placement decisions, legal compliance, and outcomes.

PuppyReports™ does not guarantee any rehoming placement, determine ownership, approve a transfer, screen a family or owner as safe, verify medical or behavior claims, or take responsibility for any rehoming agreement, payment, transport, placement, return, dispute, or outcome.

Partner advertising and marketplace visibility allow canine-related businesses or service providers to apply for or purchase visibility inside PuppyReports™.

Partner participation does not mean PuppyReports™ certifies, approves, verifies, guarantees, endorses, or recommends a partner’s services, products, credentials, claims, or outcomes.

Partners and advertisers are responsible for their content, claims, services, licensing, pricing, fulfillment, communications, customer relationships, and compliance obligations.

Breeder, rescue, shelter, and other membership tools help organize information and workflows. These tools may include public profiles, PuppyReports™ Cards, submitted-material organization, listing tools, Puppy Tracker, document uploads, inquiries, applications, business insights, breeding tools, genetics or pedigree tools, Breeder Alliance tools, and related dashboard features.

Membership tools do not make PuppyReports™ responsible for a member’s animal care, claims, documents, contracts, communications, placements, purchases, adoptions, breeding program, rescue operation, shelter operation, health outcomes, genetic outcomes, business practices, or legal compliance.

Paid membership does not change Concern Flag or Family Experience Review publication criteria, correction standards, restriction/removal standards, display decisions, source-class labels, or platform outcomes.

Puppy Tracker is an organization and communication tool. It may help participating members share updates, milestones, notes, photos, tasks, records, or other information with connected users.

PuppyReports™ does not guarantee that Puppy Tracker updates are complete, current, medically accurate, legally sufficient, or appropriate for veterinary, training, legal, placement, purchase, or breeding decisions.

PuppyReports™ may send account, security, inquiry, application, listing, membership, Puppy Tracker, moderation, policy, transactional, and service-related communications.

Some communications are necessary to operate the platform. Where available, users may manage optional notification preferences. Marketing or promotional communications may include unsubscribe or preference tools where required or offered.
