PuppyReports™ provides informational transparency tools designed to support canine decision-making across breeders, rescues/shelters, and rehoming/foster situations worldwide. These disclaimers explain the limits of the platform and how information should be used.
1) Informational Transparency Only
PuppyReports™ Cards are informational transparency records designed to promote clarity in canine breeding, rescue, and rehoming practices.
Information displayed on PuppyReports™ may include:
self-submitted documentation voluntarily provided by breeders, rescues/shelters, or rehoming/foster Entities
supporting materials voluntarily submitted through structured platform tools
participation indicators and time-stamped submission metadata
Canine Traceback™ participation (breeder-of-origin voluntary microchip enrollment, where available)
Family Experiences™ submitted by families after placement (when available)
Puppy Mill Watch™ Flag Indicator Reports informational notices (when applicable)
PuppyReports™ does not independently authenticate, certify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of third-party submissions, documentation, claims, or user experiences.
Because laws, standards, and veterinary practices vary by country, registry, and region, there is no universal pass/fail standard for health, genetics, ethics, or suitability. Displayed information reflects what has been voluntarily submitted or reported through platform tools — it is not a judgment of quality, compliance, or character.
2) No Broker / No Transaction Role
PuppyReports™ is not a breeder, seller, broker, intermediary, or rescuer of dogs.
We are not a party to any sale, adoption, placement, transport, deposit, contract, negotiation, or agreement. We do not handle payments, delivery, or transactions of any kind.
All transactions, transport arrangements, and placement decisions occur solely between the family/adopter and the Entity involved.
3) No Guarantees About Dogs
Dogs are living beings. Health, temperament, behavior, training outcomes, and long-term suitability cannot be guaranteed.
PuppyReports™ does not guarantee:
dog health, genetic outcomes, or veterinary results
temperament, behavior, or suitability for a specific home
availability, timing, or placement success
accuracy or completeness of third-party submissions
performance, conduct, or practices of any Entity or user
Families are strongly encouraged to:
request original records directly from the breeder or rescue
consult licensed veterinarians, trainers, and professionals
conduct independent due diligence before making any decision

By viewing or relying on any PuppyReports™ Card, directory information, Family Experiences™, Puppy Mill Watch™ information, Canine Traceback™ participation indicators, or any other platform content, you acknowledge that all information is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
You agree that PuppyReports™ and Ethical Dogs International LLC assume no liability for losses, misrepresentation, disputes, or outcomes resulting from third-party information or off-platform transactions.
4) 🚨 Puppy Mill Watch™ Flag Indicator Reports (Transparency Notices)
PuppyReports™ includes the 🚨 Puppy Mill Watch™ Flag Indicator Reports to support dogs-first transparency and safer decision-making when serious concerns are voluntarily documented through structured platform tools.
PuppyReports™ is not a law enforcement, regulatory, or certifying authority. Flag Indicator Reports are informational transparency signals only and do not represent legal determinations, criminal findings, or regulatory conclusions.
Entities may be notified using the contact method available. Flag Indicator Report labels may be updated, clarified, or removed if additional documentation is voluntarily provided or if platform integrity standards require changes.
Misuse of the 🚨 Puppy Mill Watch™ Flag Indicator Report system — including harassment, brigading, defamation, doxxing, or attempts to weaponize submissions — may result in removal and account restrictions under the Terms & Conditions.5) Family Experiences™ Disclaimer
Family Experiences™ reflect the submitting family’s individual experience and perspective. These submissions are not endorsements, guarantees, or professional evaluations.
Positive experiences are not guarantees of future outcomes, and negative experiences are not legal determinations of wrongdoing. Families should use Family Experiences™ as one component of their own research.
6) Documentation Submission and Badge Meaning
Participation badges and membership levels reflect the depth of voluntary documentation submitted and ecosystem tools unlocked. Badges are not a warranty of quality, health, ethics, or outcome.
Entities may choose whether certain information is displayed publicly. By default, private records are not automatically published.
PuppyReports™ does not publish private documentation files as public attachments.
7) Documentation Handling and the 30-Day Rule
PuppyReports™ is not a public document-hosting system.
Supporting documentation files submitted to the platform may be deleted within 30 days. PuppyReports™ retains limited metadata confirming that a submission occurred (such as the type of submission and submission date) for auditability and platform integrity.
8) Membership, Billing, Cancellation, and Chargebacks
Membership fees are non-refundable once processed, including if accounts are suspended, terminated, downgraded, or restricted under our Terms & Conditions.
Memberships may auto-renew monthly or annually unless canceled before renewal.
Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access remains active through the end of the paid period.
Memberships are not canceled through chargebacks. If a payment dispute is submitted through a card provider, we may restrict membership features while the dispute is reviewed by the payment processor.
9) Canine Traceback™ Microchip Lookup Disclaimer
Canine Traceback™ is a dogs-first ethical overlay based on breeder-of-origin voluntary microchip enrollment.
Canine Traceback™:
is not an ownership tool
does not replace official microchip registries
does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of microchip results
depends on voluntary participation and the accuracy of information submitted by participating breeders
Microchip lookup results may not reflect ownership transfers, outdated records, missing registrations, or registry-specific updates.
10) Rescue and Rehoming Listings Disclaimer
Entities submitting rescue or rehoming/foster listings must provide truthful and accurate information.
PuppyReports™ does not guarantee temperament, training, or suitability for adoption. Listings may be removed if misleading, unethical, or in violation of platform standards.
11) Health, Testing, and Public Display Disclaimer
Entities may choose to make health, genetic, or registration information public on their listing.
By default, sensitive records may remain private due to security concerns, including document misuse and fraud risks. PuppyReports™ encourages families to request copies directly and confirm results through appropriate professionals or organizations.
12) Third-Party Services Disclaimer
Advertisements or listings for trainers, reproduction services, transporters, groomers, or other providers are for information only.
PuppyReports™ does not endorse, evaluate, or guarantee third-party providers. Independent due diligence is required.
13) No Legal or Veterinary Advice
PuppyReports™ does not provide legal, veterinary, medical, or financial advice.
All health, temperament, and veterinary decisions should be confirmed with licensed professionals.
All contract and dispute matters should be reviewed with qualified legal counsel.
Email Delivery and Notice Disclaimer
PuppyReports™ may send automated emails or electronic notifications to listed parties, members, or submitters in connection with Public Notices, listing claims, documentation participation, membership activity, or platform communications.
PuppyReports™ does not guarantee email delivery, receipt, or timely access to any notification. Emails may be delayed, filtered, routed to spam or junk folders, blocked by service providers, rejected, or returned as undeliverable due to factors outside of PuppyReports’ control, including user settings, incorrect contact information, or third-party email provider limitations.
It is the responsibility of each Entity and user to maintain accurate contact information, monitor their inbox and spam folders, and ensure that PuppyReports™ communications are not restricted or blocked.
Failure to receive an email notice shall not create liability for PuppyReports™ and shall not constitute a failure of notice, enforcement, or obligation by the platform.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PuppyReports™ and Ethical Dogs International LLC are not responsible for:
misrepresentation by Entities or users
health, temperament, behavior, or delivery of animals
financial losses, disputes, or damages arising from transactions
errors, delays, omissions, or incomplete third-party submissions
Users and Entities assume all risk in transactions, transport, ownership, adoption, and off-platform decisions.
15) Jurisdiction
All disclaimers and platform activity are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
📌 Note: PuppyReports™ is the consumer-facing platform. Ethical Dogs International LLC is the owning and operating legal entity.
