PuppyReports™ is not a breeder, seller, broker, rescuer, placement agency, transporter, escrow agent, payment processor for animal placements, transaction intermediary, agent, fiduciary, or guarantor.

All transactions, communications, payments, contracts, transport arrangements, placement decisions, and ownership decisions occur directly between the family, buyer, member, breeder, rescue, shelter, rehomer, partner, or other third party involved.

Dogs are living beings. Health, genetic expression, temperament, behavior, training outcomes, environment, development, and long term suitability cannot be guaranteed by PuppyReports™.

PuppyReports™ does not guarantee:

• dog health;
• genetic outcomes;
• veterinary results;
• temperament;
• behavior;
• training success;
• suitability for a specific home;
• placement timing;
• availability;
• contract performance;
• conduct of any breeder, rescue, shelter, rehomer, partner, service provider, or user;
• accuracy or completeness of third party submissions.

Families should request original records directly, consult licensed veterinarians and qualified professionals, communicate directly with the Entity involved, and conduct independent due diligence before making any decision.

A PuppyReports™ Card is a structured transparency profile designed to organize available information in one place.

A PuppyReports™ Card is not:

• a certification;
• a guarantee;
• an endorsement;
• a legal finding;
• a health clearance;
• a professional evaluation;
• a registry record;
• a license;
• a background check;
• an inspection result;
• a promise of future outcome.

The amount and type of information displayed on a PuppyReports™ Card may vary based on Entity type, membership status, submitted information, privacy settings, Service policy, Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ Concern Flag status, public information submission categories, and available records.

Families should use a PuppyReports™ Card as one research tool, not as the sole basis for choosing a puppy, dog, breeder, rescue, shelter, rehomer, partner, or service provider.

Family Experience Reviews are user submitted accounts of personal experience connected to an eligible PuppyReports™ application, placement, pickup, adoption, purchase, or other approved PuppyReports™ process.

Family Experience Reviews are separate from Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ Concern Flags.

A Family Experience Review is a reported experience, not a verdict.

A positive Family Experience Review does not guarantee a future experience.

A negative or critical Family Experience Review does not prove wrongdoing.

Family Experience Reviews are not professional evaluations, certifications, legal findings, ratings, rankings, Concern Flags, or determinations of wrongdoing.

PuppyReports™ does not allow open, anonymous public Family Experience Review posting.

PuppyReports™ may use eligibility rules, email confirmation, application linked access, duplicate screening, policy review, or other integrity measures to reduce spam, impersonation, unrelated reviews, fake reviews, duplicate reviews, and review manipulation.

A Family Experience Review is not removed simply because it is negative, unfavorable, critical, or inconvenient.

PuppyReports™ does not alter the substance or sentiment of a Family Experience Review to make it more favorable or less favorable.

PuppyReports™ may review, format for display, redact private information, restrict, withhold, or remove a Family Experience Review if it appears to be fraudulent, duplicate, abusive, unlawful, unrelated to an eligible experience, submitted under false identity, privacy invasive, threatening, defamatory, spammy, or otherwise outside PuppyReports™ rules.

The named Entity may be allowed to respond to a Family Experience Review according to PuppyReports™ policy.

PuppyReports™ may decline, format, restrict, or remove responses that violate PuppyReports™ rules, reveal private information, attack the reviewer, include threats, include unlawful content, or otherwise create service risk.

Reviewer direct contact information is not publicly displayed.

Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ is PuppyReports™ documentation based Concern Flag system.

Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ may include:

• community submitted Concern Flags;
• public information submission categories;
• documentation status categories;
• response or correction status;
• source type labels;
• PuppyReports™ status labels.

Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ Concern Flags displayed on a PuppyReports™ Card are structured, source labeled, status labeled PuppyReports™ indicators.

They are not accusations by PuppyReports™, legal findings, ratings, grades, scores, rankings, or determinations of wrongdoing.

PuppyReports™ may label Concern Flags or related records by source type so families can understand the nature of the information.

Source types may include:

Information associated with a public agency record, court record, licensing record, inspection material, enforcement record, public filing, or other publicly available source.

Information submitted by a family, community member, professional, watchdog organization, or other permitted submitter.

Community submitted information is not the same as a public information. A public information submission category is not the same as a community submitted Concern Flag.

PuppyReports™ may link to original public sources when available and appropriate. Third party records remain hosted by their original publishers, not PuppyReports™.

Concern Flags may carry neutral status labels selected under PuppyReports™ policy. Status labels are informational. They are not legal findings, regulatory conclusions, criminal findings, court decisions, ratings, or determinations of guilt or innocence.

PuppyReports™ may organize submitted information, apply category labels, apply status labels, allow responses, link to source materials where appropriate, and display structured transparency indicators.

PuppyReports™ does not investigate, audit, prosecute, exonerate, certify, validate, or rule on the underlying truth of every submitted statement or third party record.

PuppyReports™ is an aggregator and transparency service, not an arbiter.

Families should review the available information, read original sources where available, ask direct questions, request original records, and make their own decision.

Responses & Corrections and related response workflows may allow eligible users and Members to submit written context, submitted materials, correction materials, or status updates related to Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ Concern Flags, Family Experience Reviews, Public Information Source submissions, or profile issues.

In the member dashboard, this may appear as the Resolution Review Center or another response workflow.

Submission of response documentation does not guarantee removal, clearing, publication, or any particular status change.

PuppyReports™ may consider response documentation under Service policy, but does not act as a court, regulator, investigator, legal authority, veterinary authority, or private arbitration service.

PuppyReports™ accepts requests to remove, restrict, correct, or review content displayed through the Service.

Submission of a removal request does not guarantee removal.

Removal requests may involve two general pathways:

When content appears to violate the PuppyReports™ Terms & Conditions, Community Standards, Disclaimers, privacy rules, or Service integrity policies, PuppyReports™ may remove, restrict, label, archive, or update content according to PuppyReports™ policy.

When content is the subject of a binding legal request, such as a valid court order, statutory takedown notice, copyright request, privacy request, or other applicable legal process, PuppyReports™ may remove or restrict access as required by applicable law.

To help PuppyReports™ review a request, please include:

• the specific URL or PuppyReports™ Card involved;
• the content at issue;
• the reason for the request;
• any submitted materials;
• for court orders, a copy of the signed order, issuing jurisdiction, and case number.

PuppyReports™ may request additional information when a request is incomplete, unclear, unsupported, or not specific enough to identify the content.

PuppyReports™ generally does not resolve unadjudicated defamation disputes as a court would.

An unsupported claim that content is false, defamatory, or unfair does not automatically require removal.

PuppyReports™ may remove content, restrict content, limit access in certain locations, leave content in place, request additional information, refer the matter to counsel, or take other appropriate action according to PuppyReports™ policy and applicable law.

Where a third party source remains hosted by its original publisher, PuppyReports™ does not control that third party content.

Reporter and submitter privacy is important to PuppyReports™.

PuppyReports™ does not publicly display reporter or submitter direct contact information on PuppyReports™ Cards.

PuppyReports™ does not publicly display reporter or submitter email addresses, telephone numbers, home addresses, IP addresses, device identifiers, or similar private technical identifiers.

Depending on the submission pathway and PuppyReports™ policy, PuppyReports™ may display limited non contact information, such as a display name the submitter supplies, structured relationship label, source type, category label, submitted review text, submitted Concern Flag category, or public status label.

PuppyReports™ may disclose reporter, reviewer, or submitter information if required by law, subpoena, court order, valid legal process, safety need, fraud investigation, abuse investigation, or other circumstances described in the Privacy Policy.

Every Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ Concern Flag, Family Experience Review response, and published status indicator on a PuppyReports™ Card may carry a status label drawn from a predetermined set.

Status labels are neutral and informational.

A status label is not:

• a court decision;
• a regulatory conclusion;
• a criminal finding;
• an administrative ruling;
• a determination of guilt or innocence;
• a grade;
• a score;
• a ranking;
• a star rating;
• an endorsement.

PuppyReports™ does not operate as a court, regulator, investigator, veterinary authority, or private arbitration service.

Families are encouraged to read available source materials, consider any response on file or correction status, and weigh the indicator alongside their own due diligence.

PuppyReports™ does not assign grades, scores, rankings, star ratings, or letter ratings to any Entity.

PuppyReports™ does not declare any breeder, rescue, shelter, rehoming program, partner, or service provider to be “best,” “worst,” unlawful, abusive, unethical, approved, certified, recommended, or endorsed by PuppyReports™.

The Service provides a structured, source labeled, status labeled record organized around a PuppyReports™ Card.

The Card is a transparency tool, not a ranking.

Families weigh that information alongside their own research, their own communication with the named Entity, and the advice of licensed veterinarians, attorneys, and qualified professionals where appropriate.

The Card is a starting point, not a verdict.

PuppyReports™ is not a public document hosting system.

Users and Members may submit documents, photos, videos, screenshots, records, contracts, veterinary information, health related documentation, public information, or other materials through Service tools.

Private documentation files are not automatically published as public attachments.

Public pages may display structured indicators, categories, statuses, labels, or summaries rather than raw documents.

Submitted materials provided to PuppyReports™ may be deleted after the applicable retention period unless retention is needed for operational, legal, billing, safety, abuse prevention, dispute, Service integrity, or compliance reasons.

PuppyReports™ may retain limited metadata, including submission type, submission date, category, status, associated Entity, source type, and internal handling notes, to support Service integrity, policy enforcement, duplicate prevention, and dispute handling.

Users should not upload documents they do not have the right to submit.

Users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive personal information.

See the Privacy Policy for additional details.

Badges, labels, membership levels, document indicators, participation icons, or plan based display features may reflect membership status, submitted document categories, Service participation, or tool access.

They do not mean PuppyReports™ has confirmed, certified, audited, investigated, approved, guaranteed, or endorsed the Entity, dog, record, health result, claim, document, or outcome.

Payment alone may not unlock all public display features.

Certain badges or display labels may require submitted information, active membership, completion of profile fields, document status categories, or Service policy eligibility.

PuppyReports™ may change, remove, restrict, or update badges, labels, indicators, or participation features according to Service policy.

Canine Traceback is a voluntary microchip related record linking and breeder of origin notification concept based on available submitted or linked information.

Canine Traceback is not an ownership registry, legal ownership tool, official microchip registry, government database, veterinary record system, or guarantee of reunification or breeder origin.

Canine Traceback does not replace official microchip registration or direct registration with appropriate microchip providers.

Lookup results may be incomplete, outdated, missing, inaccurate, or affected by voluntary participation, ownership transfers, user submission errors, registry limitations, privacy settings, or missing updates.

Users should confirm microchip information directly with the microchip registry, veterinarian, breeder, rescue, shelter, or other appropriate source.

PuppyReports™ may use AI assisted tools, automated tools, and manual processes to support Service operations.

These tools may help organize submissions, identify missing fields, detect blank or irrelevant uploads, support categorization, flag possible misuse, identify duplicate patterns, improve workflows, summarize submitted information, or route items for review.

AI assisted tools do not create legal findings, certifications, guarantees, veterinary opinions, independent confirmation of truth, professional advice, or determinations of wrongdoing.

AI assisted summaries, categorizations, labels, or suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and may be updated, restricted, or corrected.

PuppyReports™ is also built and maintained using a combination of tools, including internet and public-informations research, third-party sources, automated systems, AI assisted tools, and human review. As is widely understood, AI assisted and automated tools — and ordinary research — can produce errors, omissions, typographical mistakes, or outdated material. Accordingly, the Service, its tools, summaries, categorizations, labels, and presentation are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of accuracy or completeness, and PuppyReports™ disclaims responsibility for errors and omissions to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Section concerns the tools and how information is presented; it does not change the meaning of status labels (see Section 7B), the absence of any grade or score (see Section 7C), or the corrections and disputes process described above.

PuppyReports™ may change, limit, supplement, or discontinue automated tools at any time.

Images, illustrations, mockups, sample PuppyReports™ Cards, screenshots, renderings, icons, badges, and other graphics shown on this Service are provided for illustrative and informational purposes only.

Such graphics may depict fictitious examples, may be AI-generated or stylized, and may not reflect the current appearance, features, data, pricing, or behavior of the actual product or of any specific breeder, rescue, shelter, rehomer, dog, or family.

Product features, designs, layouts, names, pricing, illustrations, and representations may be added, changed, modified, updated, redesigned, replaced, or removed at any time, and actual product appearance and results are subject to change without notice. PuppyReports™ is not responsible for differences between any illustration or representation and the then-current Service.

A community effort. PuppyReports™ is a community-driven transparency platform, and we do not expect to get everything right. If you notice an error, a typo, an outdated image, or anything that looks wrong, please tell us using Submit a Correction or by contacting support, and we will review it. Submitting a report helps us improve the Service together; however, reviewing a report does not obligate PuppyReports™ to make any particular change, reach any particular outcome, or act within any particular timeframe.

Users may not misuse PuppyReports™ tools, Concern Flags, Family Experience Reviews, forms, listings, dashboards, or communications.

Prohibited misuse may include:

• false submissions;
• fraudulent documents;
• fake Family Experience Reviews;
• reviews for experiences the reviewer did not have;
• review manipulation;
• paying for positive or negative reviews;
• offering compensation in exchange for a review expressing a required sentiment;
• suppressing, intimidating, threatening, or retaliating against someone for a lawful review or submission;
• impersonation;
• harassment;
• brigading;
• doxxing;
• spam;
• competitor attacks;
• defamatory or malicious submissions;
• uploading documents without permission;
• attempts to manipulate reviews, Concern Flags, search results, badges, labels, or statuses;
• scraping, hacking, security abuse, or unauthorized access.

PuppyReports™ may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, decline submissions, preserve metadata, or take other action under Service policy and applicable law.

PuppyReports™ reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to refuse, decline, suspend, restrict, terminate, remove, label, archive, or limit any User, Entity, account, listing, ad, submission, Family Experience Review, Concern Flag, partner application, or other content at any time.

Use of the Service is governed by these Disclaimers, the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Community Standards.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuppyReports™ and Ethical Dogs International LLC are not responsible for losses, disputes, outcomes, or actions of third parties. This includes:

• user submitted inaccuracies;
• incomplete or outdated information;
• third party misrepresentation;
• animal health, temperament, behavior, injury, illness, death, training, transport, or placement outcomes;
• financial losses;
• emotional distress;
• contract disputes;
• deposit disputes;
• adoption disputes;
• sale disputes;
• communications conducted outside the Service;
• reliance on Service content;
• delays, omissions, interruptions, or technical failures;
• actions or omissions of breeders, rescues, shelters, rehomers, partners, users, advertisers, service providers, or other third parties.

Users assume responsibility for their own research, communications, decisions, transactions, contracts, and professional consultations.

These Disclaimers and any activity conducted through the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Document Tools, templates, prompts, clause examples, checklist items, and related features are informational only. They are not legal advice.

PuppyReports™ does not place dogs and does not warrant any dog’s health, temperament, pedigree, registration, breeding rights, suitability, or fitness for any purpose.

If Document Tools are used to obtain electronic signatures, the parties using the tool consent to electronic signatures where permitted by applicable law, including the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and applicable state electronic transaction laws.

The e signature tool is a signature mechanism only. PuppyReports™ remains not a party to the underlying contract.

Document Tools are provided as is and as available.

PuppyReports™ does not warrant that any template, clause, document, e signature process, or output is legally sufficient, enforceable, complete, suitable for your circumstances, compliant with any specific law, or free of conflicts.

Members may upload their own attorney prepared documents where supported.

Use of the Contract Builder is voluntary unless a specific service workflow requires a document tool for technical processing.

PuppyReports™ may, at our discretion, feature member submitted content, Entity information, listing content, photos, videos, dog or puppy descriptions, success stories, educational content, and related materials through PuppyReports™ websites, blogs, newsletters, social media accounts, video sites, marketing materials, editorial rotation, service compilations, partner placements, and third party service syndication.

Featuring content through editorial rotation, the Adoption Showcase, Breeder Spotlight, or any showcase tool is a discretionary editorial activity. It is not an endorsement, certification, guarantee, recommendation, approval, or verification of any dog, puppy, litter, Entity, member, breeder, rescue, shelter, rehomer, or partner. PuppyReports™ selects, features, and rotates content at our sole editorial discretion and does not promise specific placement or volume.

Content distributed through PuppyReports™ social media accounts or other public channels may be sourced from member submissions, public showcase tools, editorial features, listings, PuppyReports™ Cards, or other submitted materials authorized for public or promotional use.

Social media sites, video sites, search engines, web archives, partner websites, and third party services have their own terms, privacy policies, moderation rules, caching practices, retention systems, and removal processes.

PuppyReports™ does not control third party sites and does not guarantee that content can be removed from social media shares, reposts, embeds, screenshots, downloads, service caches, search engine results, web archives, or third party systems after publication.

Members may discontinue future editorial rotation by turning showcase eligibility off where that tool is available or by sending a written request to [email protected].

Discontinuing future editorial rotation does not guarantee removal of content already published, shared, syndicated, cached, downloaded, screenshotted, archived, indexed, reposted, embedded, or distributed outside PuppyReports’ direct control.

PuppyReports™ may make reasonable efforts to stop future controlled use after a valid request is processed.

Content distributed through PuppyReports™ is provided for informational and promotional purposes only. Families and users should do their own due diligence before relying on any listing, profile, feature, story, photo, video, claim, document status indicator, Family Experience Review, Canine Ethics & Puppy Mill Watch™ Concern Flag, or other content shown through PuppyReports™.

Concern Flags, Family Experience Reviews, Public Information links, and related submitted materials may come from user opinions, user experiences, community submissions, submitted materials, or Public Information sources.

A Concern Flag does not mean PuppyReports™ has determined that anyone is a puppy mill, violated the law, mistreated animals, acted unethically, or did anything wrong.
