What Are Family Experience Reviews?
Family Experience Reviews are structured, user-submitted Family Experience Reviews submitted by families who have purchased a puppy from a breeder or adopted from a rescue or shelter listed on PuppyReports™. Unlike traditional star ratings found on other sites, our reviews capture the complete picture of the family's experience.
Each review covers key areas including breeder communication before and after purchase, the health of the puppy upon arrival, contract terms and follow-through, support provided during the transition period, and the overall experience from first contact through the lifetime of the dog.
Eligible reviews may be displayed on the breeder's or rescue's PuppyReports™ Card after policy review, giving future families first-hand context to help guide their decision.
