End a Platform Opt-Out

A program may request to end its Platform Opt-Out at any time.

PuppyReports will verify the requester’s authority, review information received while the Platform Opt-Out was active, confirm the correct program identity, and restore or rebuild the PuppyReports Card under the standards then in effect.

There is no fee to request restoration or claim the restored Card.

Reinstatement is not automatic. Every request is reviewed by a person before any Card is restored.
