One ladder. Two products.
The standard you already set.

Because most breeders shouldn’t have to assemble their own software stack. The free Public Directory Profile lists your kennel; Silver lists the puppy; Gold documents the litter end-to-end; Platinum documents the entire breeding program with science-grounded genetics tools. You pick where you already are. No multi-app billing, no integrations to maintain.

Gold ($79.99/mo) and Platinum ($99.99/mo). The Litter Manager lives in your breeder dashboard; the matching Puppy Tracker is the family-facing window where the families you’ve reserved puppies for follow their puppy’s eight-week journey using a per-family code you generate. Families never pay; it’s included with your membership.

Platinum ($99.99/mo). That’s the tier where Heat Cycle Tracker, Pairing Planner with pre-breeding COI projection, Coat Color Predictor, COI Calculator, Merle Risk, Breed Specific DNA Panels, and the Pedigree Builder all unlock. These breeding and genetics tools read from the same dam & sire records the rest of the dashboard uses.

Yes, any direction, anytime. Upgrades prorate to the new tier mid-cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data stays intact through tier changes.

No. PuppyReports™ is a flat monthly membership for the tools and the public-facing PuppyReports™ Card. We don’t handle puppy payments, we don’t broker placements, and we don’t take a cut of what a family pays you. Your relationship with the family is yours; the documentation around it is what we provide.

You enter the lineage facts you already know, your dog’s ancestors’ names, registration numbers, and dates. PuppyReports™ renders that lineage in our own original format and feeds it into the COI Calculator and Pairing Planner. We never reproduce a registry’s certificate publicly. You can also upload your AKC, UKC, or FCI certificate PDF to your dog’s record for private storage. A per-record toggle lets you suppress registration numbers on your PuppyReports™ Card if you prefer.

Yes. All data is stored on Supabase Postgres with encryption at rest and in transit. Your breeding records, family information, and uploaded documents are private to your kennel. You can export your records at any time. We don’t sell breeder data.

Leadership Circle members receive the Platinum tier at the rate locked in at signup, regardless of future pricing. They also unlock breeder-expertise contribution features that let your kennel’s lived experience inform breed level content on PuppyReports™. Limited capacity. Contact us if interested.
