🚨 Puppy Mill Watch™ — Flag Indicator Document Based Reporting

See something. Say something — with documentation, not rumors.

PuppyReports™ accepts documented submissions from a range of qualified and observable sources. Submissions are categorized, reviewed, and processed under defined standards — they are not anonymous comment threads or open forums.

🚨 Puppy Mill Watch™ — Document-Based Reporting

See something. Say something — with documentation, not rumors.

PuppyReports™ provides a structured way for the public to submit documented flag indicator reports — a standardized system to surface risk signals, welfare concerns, and professional conduct indicators across the canine world: involving breeders or rescues offering dogs for sale or adoption.

This system exists to replace social-media speculation, star-rating retaliation, and rumor-driven pile-ons with accountable, documented reporting â€” so concerns surface early, responsibly, and without drama.

This is not a review board.
This is not a court.
This is not social media.

It is a dogs-first public record.

How 🚨 Puppy Mill Watch™ Works

Puppy Mill Watch™ flag indicators are recorded into standardized categories, not written narratives — so families see patterns and signals, not accusations or gossip.

If something is documented, it is labeled.
If it is not documented, it does not appear.

Puppy Mill Watch™ flag indicators become part of the PuppyReports™ Card as status labels and indicators, not stories or commentary.

Who May Submit Flag Indicators

PuppyReports™ accepts flag indicators from community members who have direct knowledge or documented interaction related to the situation being submitted.
The named breeder or rescue does not need to be an existing member.

This may include:

  • Neighbors or firsthand witnesses

  • Professionals (transporters, contractors, caretakers, trainers, veterinarians)

  • Breeders or rescues reporting documented professional misconduct

  • Individuals who directly observed conditions or interactions

  • Anyone with documented interaction relevant to the situation

Flag Indicators exists to surface issues that may otherwise remain hidden — especially when dogs cannot advocate for themselves.

What 🚨 Puppy Mill Watch™ Is — and Is Not

🚨 Puppy Mill Watch™ is designed to:

  • Create a visible public record of documented concerns

  • Surface risk signals and repeated patterns

  • Protect dogs, families, and ethical programs

🚨 Puppy Mill Watch™ is not:

  • A legal determination

  • A criminal accusation

  • A replacement for animal control or law enforcement

Urgent welfare situations should always be reported to local authorities.

What We Do Not Accept

To protect fairness and platform integrity, PuppyReports™ does not accept:

  • Unaccountable submissions (reporter identity is required internally, though kept private from public display)

  • Second-hand or hearsay claims

  • Opinion-only submissions

  • Social-media screenshots without direct interaction

  • Registry politics or ideological disputes

  • Coordinated pile-ons or gossip campaigns

Professional Conduct Standard : Zero Tolerance for Social-Media Warfare

PuppyReports™ maintains a zero-tolerance standard for harassment, retaliation, and smear campaigns.

Ethical concerns must be raised through documented flag indicator reports, not through online shaming, coordinated attacks, or reputation warfare.

Professional conduct applies to reporting — not just to breeding, rescue, or placement.

Community members may also submit positive public recommendations when they have documented interaction with a breeder or rescue they trust.
