How to submit, receipts, rebuttals:

Who can report

  • Public/Families: You may report a breeder, rescue, or rehomer (even if they are not yet on our platform) when you’ve had a direct interaction (inquiry, visit, contract, payment, puppy received/returned).

  • Entities: Platinium/Gold Members may submit evidence to rebuttal review and get resolution to remove.

What qualifies (examples)

  • Misrepresentation (health, genetics, temperament, availability).

  • Welfare concerns (sanitation, overcrowding, unsafe transport) with dated photos/notes.

  • Fraud/scams (fake litters, deposits taken, ghosting).

  • Contract breaches

What we reject

  • No direct interaction.

  • No receipts (proof).

  • Rumors, pile-ons, politics/registry disputes, or social-media drama.

What to submit (your “receipts”)

  • Their email (so they’re notified and can respond). Email is required.

  • Proof of interaction (messages, contracts, payment receipts, visit photos).

  • Dates + concise timeline.

  • Optional: microchip #, vet notes, transport info.

Privacy: We never post your documents. Uploads are deleted after 30 days post-review; we keep metadata only.

The review process

  1. Submit your report with evidence.

  2. Notify + Respond: The named party is notified and has 30 days to respond with evidence.

  3. Review: Automated checks + Council review.

  4. Outcome: A short outcome summary is posted and relevant icons update on the report card.

  5. Patterns: Verified patterns may downgrade badges or trigger suspension/grey-out.
