How Face of the Breed™ Works
Face of the Breed™ Leadership Circle is an invitation-only PuppyReports honor limited to 3 accepted breeders per breed. It is for breeders only.
Breeders must first achieve and maintain Platinum status, including the required supporting documentation and program standards. After invitation, only three breeders may hold Face of the Breed for that breed at any one time.
Once all three positions are filled, that breed is closed to additional Face of the Breed members unless a position later becomes available because a breeder is no longer Platinum, receives a disqualifying flag, or otherwise no longer meets Leadership Circle requirements.
Face of the Breed recognizes breeders who demonstrate strong breed knowledge, transparency, documented health practices, rescue/shelter involvement, and contribution to breed education.
This is not a paid placement. Platinum membership is required for eligibility, but Face of the Breed itself is earned by invitation and limited to three accepted breeders per breed.
