The Terripoo, a cross between the Australian Terrier and the Poodle (typically Toy or Miniature), is a small companion hybrid recognized by the ACHC and IDCR but not the AKC. Adults stand roughly 10-15 inches and weigh 10-20 pounds, with coats ranging from the Terrier's wiry texture in F1 pairings to the softer, lower shedding wavy curls common in F1B and multigen litters; plan on professional grooming every 6-8 weeks. Expect a spirited, alert, prey driven streak from the Australian Terrier paired with the Poodle's quick trainability and people focused nature.
