About Cavapoochon Puppies, Breeders & DogFacts

The Cavapoochon, a triple cross between the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Poodle, and Bichon Frise, is a small companion dog recognized by designer registries such as ACHC and IDCR but not by AKC. Adults stand 9-14 inches and weigh 8-18 pounds, with soft wavy to curly coats that vary by generation (F1, F1B, multigen) and shed minimally when Poodle and Bichon genes dominate. Expect affectionate lap dog devotion from the Cavalier side, playful cleverness from the Poodle, and cheerful sociability from the Bichon. Best suited to attentive owners or retirees seeking a lively, people focused companion rather than long hours alone.

Parent Breeds

This is a designer cross combining: Cavalier + Poodle + Bichon. As a mixed breed cross, individual puppies may inherit traits from either parent breed in varying degrees. Health testing requirements and temperament expectations should be evaluated for both parent breeds.
